The Soft Body Method - Paid Membership Space is a pre-requisite for any 1:1 offerings / deeper trainings with Sigourney Belle. It enables her to know that you have a regular practise of energy hygiene and cultivation, which is mandatory if you are to enter into one of her deeper learning containers which will dive into Energetic Mastery.
